Our Kaimahi

At Te Anua Nua Trust, our strength lies in our people. Our kaimahi are more than support staff — they are compassionate advocates, mentors, and partners who walk alongside tāngata and their whānau every day. Guided by the principles of Enabling Good Lives and grounded in manaakitanga, whanaungatanga, and respect for individual rangatiratanga, our team is committed to delivering support that upholds dignity, choice, and independence.

With diverse skills, lived experience, and a shared passion for making a meaningful difference, our kaimahi create safe, inclusive spaces where individuals can grow in confidence, build life skills, and participate fully in their communities. Their dedication, integrity, and heart are what bring our values to life.
